RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Nez Collection, we strive to deliver quality products and excellent service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Fulfilment & Refunds
Orders are processed within 12 business working days.
A refund may only be requested if your order has not been fulfilled within 12 business working days.
Due to high demand, fulfilment may in rare circumstances take longer than 12 working days.

Refunds are processed only after internal review and approval.
2. Phones (Pre-Owned iPhones)
All iPhones come with a 3-month warranty, subject to software-related issues only, starting from the date of delivery.
Hardware damage, water damage, physical damage, or misuse is not covered.
Refunds for phones can only be requested through the supplier and are subject to supplier approval.
Due to high demand, fulfilment may take longer in rare cases.
3. Sneakers
Exchanges are allowed only if the sneakers are:
Completely unworn
In original condition
In original packaging
Customers are responsible for all delivery costs when requesting an exchange.
Worn, damaged, or used sneakers will not be accepted.

4. Battery Warranty (Pre-Owned iPhones)
Most pre-owned iPhones are sold with 85% battery health or higher.
Important:
Battery health naturally decreases with use. It is not considered a defect unless:
Battery health drops below 80% within 3 months, AND
The device shows abnormal battery behaviour (random shutdowns, overheating, rapid drain under normal use).
If this happens within 3 months:
We will replace the battery free of charge.
Normal battery wear is not a valid reason for return.
5. Brand New iPhones
Brand new iPhones are covered by the official manufacturer warranty (Apple).
If battery performance is faulty within 3 months:
The device must be inspected.
If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced according to manufacturer policy.

6. Refund Policy
Refunds within 3 months are only possible if:
There is a confirmed hardware defect
The device cannot be repaired
The device has no physical or liquid damage
The device has not been opened or repaired by third parties
All returns are subject to inspection.
Refund processing time: 5–10 working days.
