WARRANTY POLICY

At Nez Collection, we stand behind the quality of our products under the following conditions:
1. Pre-Owned iPhones
All pre-owned iPhones include a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers software-related issues only.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage
Water damage
Screen cracks
Battery wear due to normal use
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs
Devices opened or repaired by a third party will void the warranty.
2. Sneakers
Sneakers do not carry a manufacturer warranty unless explicitly stated.
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Normal wear and tear is not covered.
3. Warranty Claims
